Believers University is a practical ministry training school offering a twelve month Diploma in Practical Christian Ministry. We run a hybrid program that is mostly online with scheduled in-person gatherings, delivered on Monday evenings so that students can train without leaving their jobs, their families, or the churches they already serve.
Believers University exists to raise a generation of believers who are thoroughly furnished for every good work. We see men and women who are prepared for ministry, grounded in discipleship, ready for local and global mission, and carrying the credibility and competence to make lasting impact wherever they are sent.
Our mission is to make sound, practical ministry training accessible to every willing heart. Through structured biblical instruction, supervised practicum, and mentored ministry experience, we take students from calling to competence, so that what God has placed in them is released with skill and integrity in the local church, in the mission field, and in the wider world.
Ministry is learned in two places, in the classroom and in the field, and we refuse to separate the two. Every student who studies with us also serves, and every hour of teaching is measured by whether it makes the student more useful to the people God has given them. Our curriculum is built on the conviction that depth in Scripture and competence in practice belong together.
Everything we teach serves one of four ends. These four pillars shape the modules, the practicum assignments, and the final ministry project.
We ground students in the Scriptures and in the disciplines of interpretation, so that what they carry into ministry is the word of God rightly handled rather than opinion confidently delivered.
We train students to make disciples, not merely to gather crowds, equipping them with the pastoral skill and personal maturity that sustained discipleship demands.
We prepare students to carry the gospel across the street and across the world, with a clear understanding of evangelism, mission, and the cultures into which they are sent.
We give students the leadership, stewardship, and administrative grounding required to build ministries that last, remain accountable, and stay relevant in the places God assigns them.
